Reconditioning Method
Each machinery has been carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed before disassembly. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary tools needed to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Every Skyjack machine put back together based on OEM standards and certain components are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: filters and hoses, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. In addition, each and every unit is given new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers offers an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These models offer a ninety seven inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
